Our hours are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays. We’re closed on Sundays. We proudly serve the Fargo–Moorhead area and nearby communities, including Dilworth, Horace, Harwood, and Mapleton.

All our sessions run about 20–30 minutes. Clinicians agree that 30 minutes is the proper amount of time to sustain mental focus, cardiovascular activity, and build muscle without overexerting your dog and risking injury. If your dog is still building stamina or has special needs, we’ll customize the session so it’s safe, effective, and fun!

The benefit of our mobile dog gym is that the runs are private 1:1 sessions. We only run multiple dogs together (up to 4 at a time, depending on size) if they live together or are pre-approved friends or neighbors.

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and on-demand scheduling. Most owners find that once or twice a week is perfect for keeping their dog happy, mentally sharp, and physically fit. Sticking to the same day and time each week helps your dog stay consistent, reinforcing their routine so they get the most out of every Zoomies adventure!

When booking a run, we can usually schedule a few days in advance. Same-day appointments are tricky to accommodate, so the sooner you know your preferred time, the better! Appointments are scheduled on the hour or half-hour, and we ask that you allow a 30-minute window before or after your scheduled time to accommodate traffic or unexpected adjustments.

Before your first session, you’ll receive an electronic liability form to review and sign. You’ll also get a ETA text when we’re on our way. This way, you can give your pup a quick potty break, leash up, and be ready to zoom!

If your dog has a favorite harness, feel free to use it for their session. Otherwise, we provide safe and comfortable harnesses for all runs. Please make sure any meals are finished at least two hours before the session to prevent discomfort, no one wants to run on a full stomach.

When we arrive, please bring your dog(s) out to the mobile dog gym or let us know if you need help at the door, we’re happy to accommodate!

Our top priorities are safety, fun, and positivity! Each session is tailored to your dog’s needs, giving them the best workout possible for that day. We closely supervise their movements, encouraging them to exercise by walking, trotting, or running at their own pace while taking breaks and offering water as needed.

A big bonus of our equipment? No motors! Your dog does all the work, and nothing is forced. We’re there to make the session safe and fun, using positive reinforcement like cheering, clapping, squeaky toys, and lots of love and attention

You’re welcome to join during the session to hang out, it’s a great bonding experience! Or, if you prefer, let us handle the session while you work, finish tasks, or relax at home. You’re invited to join, but never required.

After their session, your dog may be sprawled out on the cool floor, panting and relaxing. They just had a great workout! Wait until their heart rate slows before feeding. Some dogs get a burst of energy afterward, which is perfectly normal, their endorphins and adrenaline are still pumping. Once they settle down, that energy will naturally burn off.

For unconditioned or older dogs, a gentle rub on their hind legs can help release lactic acid and prevent soreness over the next few days. Who wouldn’t enjoy a little post-workout massage?

Next sessions can be scheduled the same way you booked originally, by text, phone at 123-456-7891, or online at runzoomies.com. Feel free to reach out anytime with feedback!

Most dogs pick up our equipment in about five to ten minutes. They quickly learn how to balance and propel themselves, and the more they practice, the more confident they become. All sessions are closely supervised to ensure safety.

Because our equipment has no motors, dogs control their own speed, the treadmill moves as they speed up or slow down. We carefully monitor every movement to make sure the session is safe, fun, and positive.

Let us know about any quirks or special needs your dog has so we can tailor the session for their unique style and comfort.

Every dog is different! Some take to the equipment right away, while others need a few sessions to build confidence. One of the biggest benefits of Zoomies is that your dog doesn’t have to sprint to get a great workout. Even at a slow and steady pace, they are focusing, balancing, and climbing uphill throughout the session.

This engages their mind, core, stability, and leg muscles, no matter their speed. Our Golden Rule: The Dog is Always Right.

We recommend being present for the first Trial Run session so we can meet and your dog can feel confident in the new environment with you there for reassurance. After that, you’re welcome to hand off at the door or van. Once your dog is comfortable with us, you don’t even need to be home, we can safely pick up and return your dog if you’re busy. We’re happy to accommodate whatever arrangement works best for you.

We accept cash, check, and card. You can prepay and save a card on file, or pay at your sessions.

Always clear any physical activity with your veterinarian first. All our canine clients must be at least 4 months old and be up to date on all vaccinations. We can accommodate anywhere from 2 lbs – 250 lbs. Please let us know your dog’s needs and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We understand that dogs, people, and life are unpredictable at times. If rescheduling or canceling is needed, let us know, at minimum, by 8pm the day before their session to allow adjustment on our end. Cancellations made the same day will result in a $25 cancellation fee, and any sessions canceled within an hour of the scheduled time will be charged at full cost of the missed session.
